To our valued Patients, Friends, Neighbors, Family, and Community,
As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to change daily, we want you to know that we are following the concerns and changes very closely to assure the most accurate up to date information on guidelines, protocols, and mandates, in the dental world. Guidelines have been set by the American Dental Association recommending that all elective dental procedures be canceled until further notice. Our commitment is, to continue to provide emergency services to our patients, and community during this challenging time. The CDC, ADA, OSHA, WISHA guidelines, for sterilization protocol, and treatment to lower exposure for staff and patients continues to be closely monitored and followed.
To those of you who are already scheduled for elective procedures and/ or cleanings, our staff will be contacting you to reschedule to a later date. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but assure you that your health and welfare is our priority. If your find yourself with a dental emergency and in our office, please let our staff know if you are experiencing any symptoms, such as fever, shortness of breath, or coughing. Let’s keep each other as safe as possible, by following social distancing, and staying home if your experiencing any symptoms. We have limited our staff by 2/3’s to accommodate our patients with dental emergencies and/or concerns. Dr. Readel, an assistant and a receptionist are here to help you answer any questions you may have.
Dr. Michael Readel will be available, in the event that you experience a dental emergency and/or dental concern, such as a tooth ache, broken tooth, infection, or those with possible high-risk complications. Please don’t hesitate to call our office at 509-326-2291 and we will be happy to provide you with dental care. We are open for our existing patients and any New Patients, that may be experiencing concerns, including but not limited to swelling, pain, infection, hot/cold sensitivity or a broken tooth. This also includes patients that may have an underlying health issue that minor dental concerns may complicate.
As a provider in our community we opt to provide limited staffing, conforming to social distancing guidelines, and stay open to serve our community, and divert dental concerns from our over flowing much-needed emergency facilities. We have confidence that we will be back to a normal schedule soon, if we all do our part in preventing any further transmission of COVID-19.
Meanwhile we are here to welcome Old and New Friends as we navigate together through these uncertain times.
